By creating an account or otherwise using Messenger Pro (the "Service"), you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• Share any file, image, or video that you do not have the right to share.

2. No Warranty / Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The site owner and any associated developers, operators, or contributors ("we", "us") are not responsible or liable for:

• Any content sent, received, or shared by users of the Service;
• Any interaction, dispute, or misuse between users;
• Any loss, damage, or harm — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of the Service;
• Service interruptions, data loss, or security incidents, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You use the Service, and interact with other users, at your own risk and discretion.

3. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or block, without prior notice, any account we reasonably believe is being used for malicious activity, abuse, or a violation of this policy. We may also remove or delete content and chats in connection with such action.

4. Ephemeral Messaging & Shared Files

Messages and shared files on this Service are designed to be short-lived: direct messages are generally deleted from the server once delivered, and shared images/videos are automatically deleted a short time (typically a few minutes) after they are first viewed by the recipient. Message and file retention behavior may change over time and is not guaranteed.

5. Data You Provide

We collect the minimum account information needed to operate the Service (such as a username and, where enabled, an email address for verification and password recovery). See the Service's operator for any further privacy details specific to this deployment.

6. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
